Tip: if you only need quick help signing in, two shorter picture-only guides — Website Login Guide and Falcon Connect (CRM) Login Guide — sit right next to this one on the Support page.
This handbook does not show or discuss any real customer information, prices, revenue, invoices or account balances. Every screen shown uses a test account or an empty state.
For any visitor to falconofficesolutions.com. No account is needed just to look around.
Go to falconofficesolutions.com in your browser. From here you can browse products, learn about the company, or sign in.
The homepage — open to any visitor, signed in or not.
Click Products in the top menu. You can search or filter by category to find what you need.
The product catalogue.
Clicking any product opens its own page with a description and photo.
A single product's page.
Tip: pricing here says "to be confirmed via email" — that's normal, not an error. Falcon deals in bulk business orders, so exact pricing is confirmed after your order is reviewed (see Part 4).
New customers fill in a short form to register. Returning customers use the sign-in screen instead.

The sign-in screen for returning customers.
While signed in, an Add to Cart button appears on every product. Adding items builds up your cart.
The cart — showing products added, ready to go to checkout.
The checkout page asks where to deliver, an optional PO number for your own records, and any notes for the dispatch team. Pressing Confirm order submits it.
Checkout — the last step.
Every signed-in customer has a small account area — click the account icon in the top right to open it.
The account menu.
"My Orders" lists every order you've ever placed and its current status.
"My Orders" — an empty example account.
Your own contact details are kept here and can be updated any time.
The profile page.
For Falcon employees. Falcon Connect is a separate address — crm.falconofficesolutions.com — used every working day to run the business.
Go to crm.falconofficesolutions.com. You'll see a sign-in card with two tabs: Staff Login and Client Login. Staff use the Staff Login tab.
The Falcon Connect sign-in screen, Staff Login tab selected.
Falcon Connect is for staff only. Client companies don’t sign in here — they log in through the Falcon Office Solutions website, which opens the simplified Client Portal described in Part 3.
The client sign-in screen on the Falcon website (falconofficesolutions.com) — where client companies log in.
Forgot your password, or don't have an account yet? Click "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen to reset it yourself with a one-time code. If you don't have an account at all, ask your manager or a Super Admin.
Once signed in, the screen always has the same three parts: a menu down the left side, a bar across the top, and the page itself in the middle. The menu is grouped by department, and you only see the groups your role has access to.
The left-hand menu, grouped by department.
For client companies placing and tracking orders directly through Falcon Connect, instead of the public website. This uses the same address as the Staff Portal, just a different tab.
Go to crm.falconofficesolutions.com, click Client Login, and sign in with the portal email and password given by your Falcon account manager.
You'll land on a short, focused screen with just three things: Place Order, My Orders, and Disputes. Search or browse the catalogue, add items to the cart on the right, and submit.
The Client Portal's "Place Order" screen.
No matter which door an order comes through — the public website (Part 1) or the Client Portal (Part 3) — it follows the same path from here on. This is the single most important thing to understand in this whole book.
A customer or client submits an order — either through the public website checkout or the Client Portal's Place Order screen.
The order lands instantly inside Falcon Connect, visible to the Sales & Operations team, marked Pending — nothing has been dispatched yet.
Our team checks the order, confirms exact pricing and availability, and moves it forward.
Once approved, a Delivery Challan is generated — the document that travels with the goods and lists exactly what is being sent.
The Supply Chain / dispatch team sends the order out for delivery.
The Finance team generates the bill for the confirmed, delivered order.
The Credit Control team follows up on payment until it is received and the order is fully closed.
Come back to this part any time you see a word you don't recognise, or want to know who does what.

"My Orders" on the website (Part 1) or in the Client Portal (Part 3) always shows the current status.
Falcon confirms exact pricing directly with each client after reviewing the order — see Part 4, step 3.
Staff should ask their manager or a Super Admin. Client companies should contact their Falcon account manager.
